It has been a pleasure to work with Whitney in selling our home. The process of a nearly 3-year long build, the housing market and interest rate changes, and timing of the moving process has all been very stressful, therefore, finding the right selling agent for me was very important in limiting my stress level. Whitney was my person. My top three requirements for any business relationship are communication, honesty, and integrity. Her communication skills are impeccable. From the moment we started the process, she gave me all the information I needed to move forward and be successful. She also was extremely thorough with her evaluation of the home, gave suggestions for improvements to the home for a more polished finish (even lending me pillows for our outdoor rocking chairs that worked so well), and promoted fair pricing of the home to make it more accessible to more individuals while working with our needs. She has been present during the entire process and made it an enjoyable experience. She gives you the sense that she truly cares about all of her clients. She was upfront with me regarding the current real estate market and gave us the best possible opportunity to make it work for everyone involved. She was aware of our priorities and made sure that she moved forward with them in mind. We had multiple offers within a few days, and were under contract within a week. I would definitely recommend her for the sale of your home, but I would also use her if you are looking for a new home because she truly listens to her clients and wants you to be happy with the outcome.

Whitney is the consummate professional! It all started with her amazing customer service during our house hunting trip from Texas. Showing us homes in our price range, in great communities, constantly keeping in mind our kids schools and proximity to shopping and dining. Throughout the closing process she was a phenomenal liaison between us and the builder. She has provided wrap around customer service and a tremendous southern hospitality, to include after closing. If we could give her 6 stars in this review we would! We highly recommend Whitney if you are buying or selling!

Whitney did an amazing job helping us relocate from out of state. She was very amenable with helping us do virtual house showings and being knowledgeable on the process (everything from actual real estate, to pest inspections, HVAC things, and more).

Most importantly, we went through the home-buying process while I was going in for an early c-section. Whitney made this process as seamless as possible, planned ahead, and never badgered about due dates. She would, of course, let us know when things needed to be done to keep with the timeline we set for ourselves; but she was extremely respectful, courteous, and understanding.

We moved from Colorado and knew nothing about the Huntsville area. Our son and his wife recommended Whitney; we contacted her and she immediately started sending us houses to consider in the areas we had chosen. We came out to do some actual house hunting. Whitney listened to what we were looking for and within 3 days we found a house, put in an offer and it was accepted. Not only did we find a house, but Whitney found us the house of our dreams in our chosen neighborhood and at the perfect price. She was with us every step of the way during the buying and closing process. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable and she made buying a new home fun and easy for us. She is very easy to work with and we always felt that we were being taken care of and that she cared about us as people, not just clients. She took care of everything behind the scenes, so all we had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. It was one of the easiest things we have ever done, thanks to her.

Whitney went well above and beyond assisting us with our new home purchase. We relocated half way across the country. Whitney was in constant communication with us, spent two entire days driving us around looking at properties, and was instrumental in our purchase when we found the home we wanted. But more than doing her job flawlessly, Whitney brought a fun and real, straightforward but not harsh way of doing it. She makes you feel like you've been friends since childhood. I cannot over state how much Whitney's help meant to us.

Whitney met and exceeded every expectation we had as buyers. The property we were most interested in at 1217 Lakemont Drive South, Southside (Gadsden), AL had been taken off the market, however, Whitney "worked her magic" and got us scheduled to view the property! She represented us very well and knew just how to handle and safeguard all negotiations as we moved toward making our offer. Truly, Whitney was as excited about us owning this home as we were. When we had questions/concerns, big or small, Whitney would call or text with a thorough reply and always asked if we needed anything else. Further, Whitney connected us with recommendations for Home Inspection and the Inspector we chose was the best we've ever used...so thorough, just like Whitney! In closing, we cannot say enough good things about buying our home with Whitney Harris as our realtor.

Whitney was absolutely incredible to work with from finding homes that met our requirements, to helping us navigate the discussions and offer process with the builder, to helping with walk throughs and misc items since we were relocating to the area, connecting us to amazing loan officers and making our closing process seamless and pain free.
